Our Breath
I have come to understand and recently remind myself our Breath is the one thing that keeps us alive. I also have come to learn we breath up to 26,000 times a day. This means for me, I am gifted up to and with 26,000 gifts every day. Every breath allows me to speak with my voice, gives me permission to live life. It also reminds me, without my precious breath I am nothing.
I have come to gain a relationship with my breath. This breath of mine is in relationship with my mind, heart and body. Which then work with the very being I am in this moment; how I am able to feel emotions, see all that is around me, speak and experience life.
I invite you to pause with me in this very moment. Connect with your breath. A simple breath that feels right to you at this time, go ahead, try it. In through your nose and out of your mouth. I invite you to do this a few times. Take notice, where you may be breathing from. Inviting to ask yourself, am I breathing from my chest, my 2nd diaphragm, 3rd diaphragm? Is my breath taking me to the deepest parts of my body, or am I breathing shallow? From there, this is where the relationship begins. So many of us are breathing from our chest and if we are breathing from our belly, it may be shallow.
I invite you to come discover your breath, connect with it and allow it to show you more life within. Relax your nervous system, invite in perhaps a bit more stillness and grounding.
I am offering Clinical Breath Sessions - come discover where your breath can live, be and create all within you.
I look forward to welcoming you into our Session where I marry the modalities of Reiki, sound, aromas and of course the breath. Connecting to my own breath has changed my life. The more and deeper I connect with my breath, the more expansive my mind, body and heart become.
Invitation: Would you like to change your life to serve you instead of constantly serving others? Come land in the space we call home, your body, your temple, your vehicle to do all that you desire.
